One thing I’m really thankful for but also surprised is the customer service that every employee demonstrates, I’ve talked to 8+ people at rentwerx and every single one of them is always respectful and friendly, this is very hard to find in a company. Specially Patty Rivera, she’s gone above and beyond to reply back to my emails as quick as possible and getting all my issues and questions resolved. All the staff has been cordial and friendly, very knowledgeable about pretty much everything. “Rentwerx has been very helpful from the beginning. When it snowed/froze in Feb 21′ S.A and most of Texas lost power and were having plumbing issues(no hot water), once the roads were safe to drive on they sent a plumber to come fix the issue immediately, you just don’t find services like this at most places.”
Depending on the severity of the issue, they are always swift to correct/fix). At anytime we have an issue (plumbing, a.c., etc), they use a ticketing system that allows me to reach out to their facilities dept at anytime.
